The beautiful human Scott Walker has left us. Thank you for the unsettling, lush, challenging, innovative and heartbreaking music. I am forever changed since I first heard Sleepwalker’s Woman on John Peel as a teenager. Scott never stood still, so here’s one of his most recent collaborations.
I have just heard the sad news that Mark Hollis of Talk Talk, creator of two of my favourite albums has died and I’m crying.
A long time ago, I chose this song as my funeral song. It still stands. Rest Peacefully, Mark. Your music is so loved and treasured.
