The first Leonard Cohen song that I remember loving was Suzanne. And I still love it. Thank you for the poetry and the music, Leonard.
This makes me want to sing jazz again. It’s been a while. Love a miserable, slow bossa nova.
Loved this song since I first heard it a couple of weeks ago. Makes me think of William Onyeabor and Marc Bolan amongst others. I find that songs at a walking pace are the most earwormy. This one’s a bit of a sashay.
